One of the main forms of accountability is the Council reporting to the community on what has been achieved towards the community’s needs and aspirations that were the basis of the Integrated Planning and Reporting Framework. This has all been a bit disappointing over the last 11 years in NSW.
A Council’s Resourcing Strategy is an important element of its Integrated Planning and Reporting framework as a long-term strategy to achieve the objectives established by the Community Strategic Plan for which Council is responsible.
