SPALDING
Amanda Spalding is an experienced management consultant with a career of over 30 years spanning a variety of international and Australian organisations at executive management level.
Amanda is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. She has exceptional leadership and communication skills and is a skilled facilitator. She ran successful management consultancy, Darrell Hair Associates, for a number of years with private, public and not for profit clients in Victoria and NSW. Amanda has been a regular speaker at conferences on a variety of issues including strategic planning; reorganisation of local government; economic development; tourism; community engagement and women’s sport.
Amanda is the Treasurer of Arts OutWest and Orange Community Broadcasters (FM107.5), a Director of the Orange Business Chamber and a founder member of the Central West Women's Forum and Put Orange First.
INTRODUCING DARRELL HAIR
Darrell Hair has extensive experience in Sales, Marketing,
Freight Management and Community Consultation. Darrell is also a qualified NLP
Practitioner (Neuro Linguistic Programming) and has a Diploma in Mediation.
Darrell gained much of his knowledge and resilience skills during a career as an International Cricket Umpire spanning 20 years and he also gathered crucial “on the job” training in cultural awareness and cross cultural differences.
Darrell is also a successful writer having written two books about his cricket career as well as assisting the Marylebone Cricket Club (MCC) as Laws of Cricket Consultant and in producing a groundbreaking booklet “Cricket Umpire’s Technique Manual”.
Darrell is an accomplished presenter of topics such as Resilience and Coping With Pressure in both the workplace and on the sporting arena. During 2012, Darrell make several presentations as part the NSW Police Leadership Program.
